We are a diverse and inclusive community where every student should feel that they matter. We want everyone to feel welcomed, respected, safe and supported, with a strong sense that they belong at Silverdale.
Integrity: Doing the right thing with honesty and kindness
We want our students to develop strong character and make positive choices. We encourage them to act with honesty, treat others with kindness and take responsibility for their actions.

Running through everything we do is our belief in agency. We want students to understand that they have a voice, their choices matter and they can shape their own future. We give them the knowledge, skills and opportunities to make good decisions, take responsibility and embrace the opportunities around them.
Education at Silverdale extends far beyond the classroom. We are proud of our academic success and the quality of our curriculum, but also of the extensive opportunities students have to perform, compete, lead, create, explore and contribute. We want every student to discover what they are good at, develop their interests and have the confidence to fulfil their ambition.
I feel incredibly privileged to be the Headteacher of Silverdale. Every day I see our values brought to life across our school community, and I am proud of the ambition, belonging and integrity our students demonstrate.
